This information is technically necessary to deliver the content you request correctly and is mandatory when using the internet.
3. Contact form

5. Use of cookies
Our website uses cookies.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. They do not cause any damage.
Cookies help us make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.
You can deactivate the use of cookies in your browser at any time.
We only set technically necessary cookies for signing in to the internal management area (reinreifen.com/management) and the dealer portal (b2b.reinreifen.com). They serve solely to keep the session secure, contain no advertising or tracking function and become invalid when you sign out or the session ends (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
6. Online booking
When you book an appointment online, we process the details from the form: selected service and time, vehicle details (e.g. vehicle type, rim size, licence plate, tyre size), name, phone number, email address and your notes. We use them to plan the appointment, to send you a confirmation and a reminder by email and to contact you if we have questions.
You can view, reschedule or cancel your appointment via a personal link in the confirmation email. We store appointment data for 24 months after the appointment and then delete or anonymise it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
Tyre storage and customer record
When we store your tyres (tyre hotel), we keep your contact details, your vehicle (licence plate, make, model) and the data of the stored set: brand, size, DOT (week and year of manufacture), measured tread depth and condition of each tyre, and the storage location. We use these details to perform the storage contract, to issue your storage receipt and to have your set ready for the changeover appointment. So that we recognise you at a later appointment, we keep a customer record for appointments and stored sets.
As long as tyres are stored with us, the customer record is kept. At the latest 24 months after the last contact (last appointment or collection of the tyres), we anonymise the customer record and the licence plate. Invoices are kept in our accounting for the statutory periods (Sec. 147 AO, Sec. 257 HGB).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract); for invoices Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention obligation)
E-mail reminders and review requests (only with your consent)
If you tick the voluntary box when booking and confirm your e-mail address via the link in our confirmation e-mail (double opt-in), we send you reminders about the seasonal tyre change and tyres stored with us, and after an appointment a request for a Google review. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
As proof we store the wording of the consent, the time of sign-up and confirmation, and the IP address used. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or with an informal message to us. After withdrawal we keep your e-mail address only to be able to prove that you no longer wish to receive such e-mails.
7. Fleet and dealer enquiries
We process enquiries sent via the fleet or dealer form in order to handle your enquiry. For dealer registrations this includes company details such as address and VAT ID. We store enquiries for 24 months unless a business relationship results from them.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
8. Dealer portal (B2B)
For business customers we operate a dealer portal at b2b.reinreifen.com. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
